Robert "Bob" H. Brumley II
Senior Managing Director
Robert (Bob) H. Brumley is the Marble Arch Partners Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder. Mr. Brumley brings extensive executive experience in the management and financing of early-stage ventures, particularly in aerospace, telecommunications and defense. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of TerreStar Corporation (formerly Motient Corp.) from 2006 to 2008, the President and Chief Executive Officer of TerreStar Global and TerreStar Networks Inc., from 2005 to 2008, having led both firms into the emerging field of Mobile Satellite and Ancillary Terrestrial Communications Systems; raising over $1bn in private investment; and launching TerreStar on NASDAQ [TSTR]. Also during this period he was an Independent Director of iBasis Inc. He was appointed by President Reagan as Chief Legal Officer of the Department of Commerce and Senior Policy Advisor to the Secretary of Commerce and chaired the Reagan Administration policy working group that privatized commercial space transportation. He has extensive experience as an international law practitioner and as a senior executive with global communications firms such as Deutsche Telekom and Bell Atlantic International [Verizon]. He has assisted clients in developing international business relationships in the fast-growing regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. Robert H. Brumley holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from East Tennessee State University and a J.D. from University of Tennessee, George C. Taylor College of Law. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
Michael J. Reedy

Michael Reedy is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Marble Arch. He is one of the US Patent holders of the JukeBox™ RF Suppression System, one of the US Department of Defense leading electronic countermeasures for the defeat of roadside bombs and other Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).Michael Reedy served in several executive positions with leading telecommunications and infrastructure providers, including Cambrian Communications and global engineering giant Bechtel Corporation.From 2005-2007 he was the Chief Operating Officer of publicly-traded TerreStar Inc. (TSTR) from its inception as a satellite and terrestrial wireless provider offering emergency response communications solutions to government agencies and Fortune 500 corporations throughout North America.Michael J. Robert "Rob" H Brumley III
Managing Director
Robert H. Brumley III (Rob) serves as Managing Director for Marble Arch's subsidiary Pegasus Global Strategic Solutions, LLC. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with extensive experience in government contracting and the commercialization of federally funded intellectual property. Since 2003 Mr. Brumley has led US Government technology development programs for Marble Arch Partners. His experience in technology life cycle improvement ranges from classified defense and security programs to civil predictive weather analysis for NOAA. During the height of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, Mr. Brumley was a member of US Navy and US Army Joint Technical Working Groups (TWG) assembled to evaluate and deploy technology solutions to detect and neutralize Remoted Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RC-IED) technology. His areas of focus as Program Lead have been the development of requirements, testing and evaluation of commercially available solutions to meet those requirements, sales and marketing, advanced manufacturing and deployment of final product selections. Mr. Brumley is an inventor, holding 7 Patents and 2 pending patent applications in the Defense, Telecommunication and Aerospace Industries.
Fletcher Warner Brumley
Managing Director
Fletcher W. Brumley has served as a Managing Director for Marble Arch Partners since 2008 and currently serves as the Development CEO and Senior Vice President for Global Partnerships for Marble Arch’s subsidiary companies CITE, Inc and Laser Light Communications, LLC respectively . Since 2003 Fletch has served as an Executive Advisor to United States and United Kingdom based businesses. From 2003 to 2004 he was the Finance and Regulatory analyst for London based European American Securities, Inc an international mid cap private equity firm specializing in investments in the areas of Technology, Media and Telecom in emerging Commonwealth markets. He was a Director for Globix Corporation’s subsidiary Globix UK LTD a dedicated internet infrastructure and network services organization from 2004 to 2006 and also severed as a Director for TelecityGroup from 2006 to 2008. His international experience in regulatory law, mergers & acquisitions, telecom, satellite and IT based technologies has provided him with a wealth of experience to utilize for investment in infrastructure, intellectual property and technology development sectors. He has a Bachelors degree from Washington College in Political Science and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool with a focus in International Business and Finance.
